“Stayed in Chalet Grace in March 2009. Have used a number of luxury ski operators in the past and these guys are by far the best we’ve experienced. Chalet Grace was superb and the staff were the most courteous and experienced I’ve come across. As we plan to go to a new resort each year and this season we are planning to try out Courcheval or St Anton we will have to go with a different operator and therefore are preparing ourselves for a drop in quality and service this season coming. For Zermatt, don’t bother looking elsewhere for a chalet operator and we look forward to your continued success so that when you expand we can use you guys in every resort we go to.”
